  • Are you insured and bonded

    Yes! Your safety and protection are our top priorities.

  • Are you a franchise?

    No, we just look like one because we are just as professional. But, we have the freedom to provide you with a more customized service and our prices are usually slightly lower than the franchises.

  • Do you take credit cards?

    Yes, for your convenience we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

  • Do I have to sign a contract?

    No! You can cancel any time you wish. We want you to invite us back because we offer excellent service, not because you signed a piece of paper.

  • What if I'm not satisfied?

    Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of service and we would be happy to schedule a visit to re-clean any unsatisfactory area.

  • What about my pets?

    We love them and we'll treat them like our own. If there are special instructions, please be sure to advise us upon arrival and we will be happy to note them in your account.

  • What if I need some extra tasks or services?

    We're not a franchise — we can do what you want. Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time. Ovens, fridge, or an additional portion of your home? Absolutely!

  • Do I have to tip your employees?

    No, it's not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done.

  • Should I have a Spring Cleaning every year?

    Many of our clients do have a Deep Cleaning annually to maintain those out-of-reach places that are not a part of the normal, weekly, or bi-weekly routine. It's less expensive than the first-time Deep Cleaning because the rest of the house i already at a maintenance level if we are servicing your home regularly.

  • Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

    No. We do enjoy talking with our customers; however, if your schedule requires you to be away that's not a problem. We would just need to know how you would like us to gain access to your home.

  • Do I need to do anything to prepare for your visit?

    To maximize our efficiency, we ask that you tidy clutter and personal items to allow us to focus on providing the best possible service.
